Sparkz Studios offers professional creative services, including Media Production, Video Editing, Thumbnail Design, and Branding & Graphics.

All services are subject to availability, and customers must provide the necessary instructions and materials before purchasing.

Our Daily Slot System offers guaranteed same-day delivery for Media Production, Video Editing, and Thumbnail Design.

Daily Slots open at midnight (UK Time) on days when availability is released. Slots are limited and may increase, decrease, or remain completely unavailable depending on our production capacity.

Once a Daily Slot is purchased and confirmed, your order is guaranteed to be delivered within the same calendar day (UK Time), regardless of subsequent availability changes.

Our Weekly Bulk Slot System offers discounted pricing for Media Production and Video Editing, with a minimum purchase of 8 videos.

All videos are guaranteed to be delivered within 7 calendar days of purchase. Customers may choose to receive each video individually as it is completed or receive the entire order at once.

Weekly Bulk Slots are limited and do not automatically reset every week. Existing customers receive priority when requesting to renew their slots, subject to completing a new purchase.

All customers must provide clear and complete project instructions before purchasing.

For Video Editing, all required footage must be fully prepared before payment and ready for immediate submission afterward, including footage for every video in a Weekly Bulk order.

For Media Production and Thumbnail Design, all creative requirements must be provided before payment.

Customers should contact our team on Discord before ordering Media Production involving specific games, niches, or unusual content to ensure we can fulfill the request.

We are committed to meeting the guaranteed delivery deadlines associated with each purchased service.

Our revision policy is as follows:

• Media Production: No free revisions.
• Video Editing: No free revisions.
• Thumbnail Design: One free revision per thumbnail.
• Branding & Graphics: One free revision per individual design.

Additional revisions or major changes may be subject to extra charges. These limits do not affect legal rights concerning defective or non-conforming services.

Branding & Graphics delivery times vary depending on project complexity, with most orders estimated to be completed within approximately 7 days.

All confirmed purchases are generally considered final, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Refunds are offered when:

• Sparkz Studios fails to deliver a service within its agreed guaranteed delivery deadline.
• Our team determines that a refund is reasonable under exceptional circumstances.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. For partially completed orders, any appropriate refund will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Refunds are generally not offered for changes of mind, personal cancellations, or subjective creative preferences when the agreed service has been properly delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under applicable law.

Sparkz Studios reserves the right to increase or decrease the prices of any service at any time, without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been purchased and confirmed.

All slots are limited and depend on our production capacity. We may adjust availability, temporarily close services, or choose not to release slots on certain days.

Confirmed purchases remain valid regardless of subsequent availability changes.

Customers must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any footage, music, images, or other materials submitted for their orders.

Final deliverables may be used for the purposes agreed upon during purchase, subject to applicable third-party licenses.

Editable project files, original source files, and transfers of intellectual property ownership are not automatically included unless explicitly agreed.

Sparkz Studios aims to deliver professional, high-quality creative work tailored to each customer's requirements.

However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as YouTube views, click-through rates, audience retention, subscriber growth, or increased sales.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate instructions and communicating their expectations before purchasing.

Our official Discord server is our primary platform for customer support, order inquiries, slot availability updates, and project communication.

Our team is active daily and available to assist with questions regarding our services and ordering process.

Sparkz Studios may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Any changes will be published on our website.

Updated terms generally apply to future orders and do not automatically change the conditions of previously confirmed purchases.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service, without waiving any rights provided by applicable law.
