Delivery Policy

All Sparkz Studios services are delivered digitally through our official Discord server.

Once an order has been purchased and confirmed, our team will establish direct communication with the customer on Discord to manage their project and arrange delivery.

Completed videos, thumbnails, graphics, and other digital assets will be sent directly to the customer through Discord, either as file attachments or download links when necessary.

We do not offer physical shipping, as all our services are entirely digital.

Our Daily Slot System offers guaranteed same-day delivery for the following services:

• Media Production: Professionally recorded and edited videos.
• Video Editing: Professionally edited customer-provided footage.
• Thumbnail Design: Custom YouTube thumbnails.

Daily Slots open at midnight (UK Time) on days when availability is released.

Once a Daily Slot is successfully purchased and confirmed, the completed service is guaranteed to be delivered before the end of that same calendar day (UK Time).

This guarantee applies regardless of the time the order was accepted, provided the slot was available and the order was confirmed.

Our Weekly Bulk Slot System offers guaranteed delivery within 7 calendar days of purchase for Media Production and Video Editing orders.

Weekly Bulk orders require a minimum purchase of 8 videos.

The 7-day delivery period begins immediately once the purchase is confirmed.

Customers can choose between two delivery methods:

• Individual Delivery: Videos are sent through Discord individually as soon as each one is completed.
• Complete Delivery: All videos are delivered together once the entire order is finished.

Regardless of the chosen method, every video included in the order is guaranteed to be delivered within the 7-day deadline.

Orders may be completed and delivered earlier.

Branding & Graphics orders are handled separately from our Daily and Weekly Bulk Slot Systems.

Delivery times depend on project complexity, requirements, and current workload.

Most standard designs are generally estimated to be completed within approximately 2 days, although smaller projects may be delivered sooner.

The expected delivery timeframe will be communicated during the ordering process.

Completed designs are delivered directly through Discord.

To ensure a smooth production and delivery process, customers must provide all necessary project instructions and materials before purchasing.

For Video Editing, all required footage must be prepared before payment and ready for immediate submission afterward, including all footage for Weekly Bulk orders.

For Media Production and Thumbnail Design, customers must provide their creative requirements and instructions before payment.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining an accessible Discord account and ensuring our team can communicate with them and deliver their completed files.

An order is considered delivered once the completed files or accessible download links have been sent to the customer through the agreed Discord conversation.

Customers are encouraged to review their delivered files and notify our team if they experience any download issues, missing files, or technical difficulties.

Our team is active daily on Discord and available to assist with delivery-related inquiries.

Sparkz Studios takes its delivery commitments seriously and aims to fulfill every confirmed order within its guaranteed timeframe.

If we fail to deliver an order within its agreed guaranteed deadline, customers are eligible to request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Any delivery issues will be reviewed individually, without limiting customers' statutory rights under applicable law.

Sparkz Studios reserves the right to update this Delivery Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services or delivery procedures.

Updates will be published on our website and generally apply to future purchases. Previously confirmed delivery commitments will remain valid.
